Choose from a variety of wonderfully fragrant essential oils that are known for their relaxing effects (e.g. Lavender, Neroli, Sandalwood, Rose...). Then take those that work best for YOU and learn how to create your own customized stress-busting blend. Once you have learned the best mode of application, all that is left to do is to inhale deeply...
