Dear Exhibitor,

We welcome you to the NC NAHA Expo. We are very excited to host the first Aromatherapy expo in North Carolina. It is going to be a great show and the booths are already selling fast. Please use the map to make your booth selection. Than download the exhibitor form and send with payment to the address on the bottom of the form.

To increase the exhibitors' exposure, we have devised the following perks:

Each booth exhibitor will be allocated 30 minutes to talk at the "Exhibitor's Forum", an area inside the exhibit hall where you can tell the attendees more about your product line.

NAHA is going to give away two admission tickets for the National Conference in Seattle. Each attendee will have to visit all the exhibit booths to receive a stamp. The stamped coupon will be put into a hat and one winner will be drawn on Saturday and one on Sunday.

Each hour we will have a drawing for door prizes. One must be present to win. If you would like to donate a door prize please indicate on the "Door Prize/Sponsorship" form.

Sponsorship is a wonderful thing to help with the Expo. We have four levels that you can chose from. Please indicate your interest on the "Door Prize/Sponsorship" form.

Those who have contributed to the NY Relief Team will receive 20% off booth price. This is our way to say thank you!
